~ Nadia Tate ~
Nadia grew up in Singapore but now resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She is a self-taught artist who started drawing and painting at a very
young age. Her first professional illustrations of several children's
books were published in Singapore when she was 14.
Nadia was a successful Art Director at various Graphic Design,
Publishing and Advertising companies for more than a decade till she
moved to the United States. She started a thriving ceramic art business
where her angel and fairy art figurines won Best in Division and Blue
Ribbons at State competitions. Nadia's career as an artist has been one
of change of pace, but always in the art fields with passion and
enthusiasm.
Today, she is an accomplished fairy fantasy artist who thoroughly
enjoys what she does. Skilled in many different art medium including
watercolor, acrylics, pencils, chalk, pen & ink etc., Nadia's favorite
medium of choice for creating the magic in her fairy and mermaid art is
watercolor.
